Here in the magnificent Highlands of Scotland with views of fields, hills and glen and looking out to a distant sea view, Birkenshaw is a gorgeous and cosy space with rustic, handmade, vintage and bespoke decor. Our aim is to be as environmentally friendly as we can be and we really hope this shows in every aspect of your stay.
Our beautiful Shepherd’s hut, is the perfect base from which to explore this wonderful corner of the Scottish highlands.
Ethical weaving inspired by nature.
From my studio in the far north Scottish Highlands, I love to weave gorgeous items from local fibre fleeces, processed and spun by hand. To order, or to chat about commissions, please get in touch using details below.
